Mobile PWA Installation
Install MediaMagic CRM on your mobile device for quick access to content management on the go.
What is a PWA?
A Progressive Web App (PWA) is a website that can be installed on your device like a native app. It works offline, sends notifications, and provides a full-screen experience.
Installation
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Open Safari and navigate to:
https://mobile.tiii.ioTap the Share button ⬆️ (square with arrow pointing up, at the bottom of Safari)
Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
Name the app (default: "MediaMagic") and tap Add
The app icon now appears on your home screen
Safari Required
On iOS, you must use Safari to install PWAs. Chrome and other browsers don't support the "Add to Home Screen" feature on iOS.
Android
Chrome (Recommended)
Open Chrome and navigate to:
https://mobile.tiii.ioTap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right
Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
Confirm by tapping "Add" or "Install"
The app icon now appears on your home screen
Samsung Internet
- Open Samsung Internet and navigate to
https://mobile.tiii.io - Tap the menu icon (≡)
- Tap "Add page to" → "Home screen"
- Tap "Add"
Firefox
- Open Firefox and navigate to
https://mobile.tiii.io - Tap the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Tap "Install"
- Confirm installation
First Launch
After installation:
- Open the app from your home screen
- Log in with your EspoCRM credentials
- Allow notifications when prompted (optional but recommended)

Troubleshooting
"Add to Home Screen" option not showing
iOS:
- Make sure you're using Safari (not Chrome or Firefox)
- The site must be loaded over HTTPS
- Try refreshing the page
Android:
- Make sure you're using Chrome, Samsung Internet, or Firefox
- The site must be loaded over HTTPS
- Clear browser cache and try again
App not updating to latest version
PWAs auto-update, but if you're seeing an old version:
- Close the app completely
- Open it again (it checks for updates on launch)
- If still outdated, delete and reinstall from browser
Notifications not working
- Check device notification settings for the app
- In iOS: Settings → Notifications → MediaMagic
- In Android: Settings → Apps → MediaMagic → Notifications
- Make sure notifications are enabled
App crashes or shows blank screen
- Check your internet connection
- Clear the app's cache:
- Delete the app from home screen
- Clear browser cache
- Reinstall from browser
- Try a different browser if issues persist
Updating the App
PWAs update automatically! When you open the app:
- It checks for updates in the background
- Downloads new version if available
- Next time you open, you get the new version
Force Update
Close and reopen the app to get the latest updates immediately.
Uninstalling
iOS
- Long press the app icon
- Tap "Remove App" or the (−) icon
- Confirm removal
Android
- Long press the app icon
- Drag to "Uninstall" or tap "Uninstall"
- Confirm removal
Browser Access
You can always access the mobile interface directly in your browser:
